Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We currently deliver Christmas Glasses to addresses within the UK.

Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary during busy periods. If there is a problem with your order or we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Consumer Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please contact us within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned products should be unused and in a resaleable condition. You may inspect the products as you reasonably would in a shop, but if they have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them and this reduces their value, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your Christmas Glasses arrive faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong products, please contact us and we will put things right.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Business, Bulk & Event Orders

Orders placed by businesses, retailers, attractions, events or other organisations are firm purchases and are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis.

We do not accept returns of business or bulk orders because products are no longer required, an event has changed, or anticipated sales have not been achieved.

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.

Customised Products

Products that have been specially manufactured, printed or personalised for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
