Our Products

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, packaging and product designs may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

Christmas Glasses are novelty viewing glasses designed to create festive visual effects when looking at suitable points of light. They are not sunglasses, protective eyewear or safety glasses.

Prices

All consumer prices displayed on our website include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Business and bulk prices may be shown excluding VAT, in which case the applicable VAT will be clearly identified and added to the order.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment already made for products we cannot supply.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason why we cannot fulfil the order.

Payment

Payment is required when you place your order unless we have specifically agreed alternative arrangements with you.

Payments made through our website are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK. Contact us to enquire about delivery outside of the UK.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated timescales, although delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for further information.

Consumer Cancellation and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must tell us within this period that you wish to cancel and then return the products within the applicable return period.

You are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind purchases.

Products should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition. If products have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and this reduces their value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If products arrive faulty, damaged or are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will deal with faulty or incorrectly supplied products in accordance with your applicable legal rights.

Business, Bulk & Event Orders

Orders placed by businesses, retailers, attractions, events and other organisations are firm purchases and are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis.

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, business customers may not return products simply because they are no longer required, anticipated sales have not been achieved, an event has changed or been cancelled, or stock remains unsold.

This does not affect our responsibility for goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Customised and Bespoke Products

Products that are specially manufactured, printed or personalised to your requirements cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

For bespoke orders, additional specifications, prices, quantities, lead times and payment terms may be agreed separately.

Product Use

Christmas Glasses should be used responsibly and for their intended purpose.

They should not be used where wearing them could impair your ability to see safely, including while driving, cycling, operating machinery or carrying out any activity where clear vision is important.

Children should use the products with appropriate adult supervision.

Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Sparkle and Light Limited will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from misuse of our products.

For business customers, we will not be responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated sales or other indirect or consequential business losses arising from an order, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in force when you place your order.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you retain any rights you may have under applicable consumer law regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
